Interior feature? Especially for game use.

Adding interior feature would make this a more complete building tool especially for game use. Maybe add more customizable features on top of the exterior and possible interior feature to make it even more complete. I assume its applying the same principles and existing functions but also to the interior. Currently i am using bool tool in blender to make buildings but it is a somewhat slow process.

If anything what is a good way to use this tool to assist in creating buildings with interiors? I am a beginner at blender and making buildings so i am not sure how to go about any of it.
