Provide mechanism to sync profiles

Can we do something with a gist? Should it be a broader standalone app?

It's a pain having to setup on every laptop/keep in sync manually.

If a standalone app, it would be cool if it could remember the correct git profile for a given repo, even on a new laptop! (but doesn't .gitconfig already sorta handle that)

This would probably require #16 to be implemented first, so that the gist settings can be persisted.

On first download, provide gist id and personal access token, save in settings, and pull down gitconfig.

On upload, write to gist.
