Why does system.db have extra tables?

Some operation(s) which is part of the code is creating extra tables in system.db. Figure out which lines are these and remove them.

Ps - Check if rollback is causing this issue. There is a token tracker database which has stopped right before the first contract has been initiated, do not mess with that. Make a clone of it and then figure out what went wrong in that database
