no documented way of installing a recent or any rakudo star on M1 macos without compilation

On the https://rakudo.org/star page the last dmg bundle dates from 2020.01 which does not support M1 Apple silicon.
I said : "The availability of a brew install which is the subject of my issue #199 is not even mentioned." Wrong. It is mentioned in other variants at https://rakudo.org/star/macos

All true.

• DMG bundle: Feel free to push a tool / scripts, which builds such a thing on the available GitHub macOS runners and I will make sure the artifacts are uploaded to rakudo.org
• I guess the community will happily accept any pushed improvements / corrections to https://github.com/rakudo/rakudo.org

... but maybe the Star set is close and will disappear anyhow, at least from rakudo.org, see rakudo/rakudo.org#102 ...
