I created a shared directory PT on Synology NAS, and enabled NFS permissions, mounted this directory on another machine, and then installed the docker version of rutorrent
It's said:
[16.08.2023 21:54:57] WebUI started.
[16.08.2023 21:54:57] The web server running user does not have read/write/execute permissions on the tmp folder. ruTorrent will not work. (/config/rutorrent/profiles/tmp/)
[16.08.2023 21:54:57] Could not connect to rTorrent. Check that it is running. Check the $scgi_port and $scgi_host settings in config.php, and the scgi_port setting in rTorrent.

Are you having any problems with rTorrent itself? ruTorrent is a separate project: https://github.com/Novik/ruTorrent. You may also want to check the documentation for whichever docker image you're using.
