Use artists profile URL when Pixiv artworks are deleted

It's not entirely uncommon that we'll link to a Pixiv submission that has since been deleted.

When this happens, we're just linking to an error page.

Ideally, we should try and detect when works have been deleted, and redirect users to the Pixiv artists user page instead (assuming that is still active).
