When someone tags you in an image (not by mentioning you, but adding you as a person in the uploaded image), every single comment people make on that post will mention you as well.

So, this means every single reply mentions the sauce bot and triggers a reply.

This issue is very similar to #5 and is also an issue with Twitter's API that is going to be difficult to address.
