It would be nice to have a place to organise / collect all of the post-event feedback from organisers of different chapters. For example: "What went wrong", "What went well", etc.. that way new organisers / chapters can learn from our mistakes.. Some of those suggestions could then also be added to the orga guide.

How about this questionaire and sending post to RailsGirls Blog?

There's currently the Wufoo form, but I don't think any of that data is
actually useful, as almost no-one sees it. I love the idea of having a
semi-public way of sending and sharing feedback (and obviously any ways the
blog can be used better, is great :)

Would this only be about what the organisers themselves thought went well/not so well?

Sorry, my issue was probably not super clear. @kerstin: yes, that's what I meant - what went well from the point of view of the organisers. I had forgotten about the questionnaire that you posted @eitoball (: Though I suppose I meant something everyone who is or has ever been involved with railsgirls has access to. (I guess the organiser questionnaire answers are for core team, and as linda pointed out, not many people see the data?)
If we keep it in a "private" spot (eg. private github repo) then we can be very specific about certain things that were tried out in different chapters.. We could then regularly look at what seemed to work well often, and add it to the tips we already have (http://guides.railsgirls.com/guide).
And I agree with you @lindaliukas, I love the idea of using the blog more. 👍
