手順とは別のものをイメージしています
例えば…

よく出てくる単語の翻訳辞書
e.g. server はサーバ or サーバー
スペースの使い方など翻訳とは直接関係がない決めごと
e.g. rails のようなcodeの前後はスペースを入れる
訳す/訳さない例
モデルやコントローラーの名前は訳さない、データの名前は訳す
e.g. Ideaモデル、…データベースに登録したアイデアを…

最終的に手順とまとめても良いと思いますが、まずは分けて考えたほうが良いと思っています
また、検討する間は自由に追記、修正できる場所でまとめたほうが、良いかなと思っています
