Re-add scribbles

Just taking a note about this because I keep forgetting about it.

While adding the "content menu" to all linked content pages recently the scribbles (which used to be placed on the sidebar casually) have been lost from the sites.

I think they should be re-added where appropriate ... and in a pure css fashion (give an element a class => have the scribble show up in the sidebar).

@anikalindtner not yet. @lislis @svenfuchs I can't actually remember where the scribbles are meant to be place. Perhaps you could let us know where, and we can get them back in there, so we can close this issue up

the scribbles were usually placed in the sidebar of text pages. But can place them anywhere to pop up a page. Just create a div with a class .scribble1 to .scribble18

okay, and whilst leaving the new sidebar that is on a lot of the pages?

Sure. You can put scribble underneath the sidebar or just in the main text. The 'press' page still has one on the side
