screen goes black but no video or audio

screen shows the balena logo, device shows up as an airplay device
when I tap it, screen goes black but no video or audio.
iPhone 6 iOS v12.5.5
rPi 3B.
Connected with ethernet cable to same router as iPhone wifi.
I did not create an account, I flashed directly from the Get Started button here

I do not have a device running iOS v12.5.5 to be able to test.

Are you able to create a balena account and deploy the app so we can gather some logs for debugging?

Hi i have the same issue on pi zero w. Screen goes black but no video or audio.
Here are some of he log messages

Hi, today i tested some more and had some success with my old ipad, it mirrored the screen and sound(with significant distortion), but still no sound or video from my iphone, and yes, i tried both from control center and youtube screen share
