xenon 是否支持读节点的VIP 如果支持应当如何配置

如之前我们在社群沟通的，xenon 暂时还不支持高可用读VIP。Xenon 最重要的机制是支持高可用写的选举，后续我们也会考虑在此基础上初步加入集群高可用读机制，使 Xenon 自带可用的读写分离能力。
