Here the notes of one of our user about getting EnTK, RCT and his application working on Cheyenne. We should review it and see whether we can derive elements/documents to add to EnTK documentation.

I went through the blog post. It has a nice description, from a user perspective, of what EnTK does. Also, I found the Debugging section nicely written. Also I think that the two problems described there can be considered as examples. I think that the second problem described can be part of the official documentation, as it describes a problem that occurs after multiple ctrl+c.

There are a number of mostly minor but disruptive issues here:

These issues are all about broken or outdated links that make it hard to find the documentation you need to work with EnTK. This just needs a good cleanup.
