Issue Running Radiant CMS in Cygwin

Hi All,

I have been trying 3 days to run radiant on cygwin. I have been getting the following error when I execute the radiant command.
radiant --database mysql cyfsCMS

The error that I have got is :
undefined local variable or method vars' for #Rails::Generator::Commands::Create:0x00000600233f10`

I have searched high and low for the solution to this issue, all I could find is the following stack overflow enty Could not locate Gemfile or .bundle/ directory - Radiant CMS. There is no answer in the mentioned forum.

Its either I am doing something very wrong or this is a genuine bug but it is not reported yet. I am new to ruby radiant cms, but I am determined to use it to build a CMS web page for my client. I need your assistance in solving this issue, as I really have exhausted all avenues and probable action that I can do.
