Radiant is no longer installed into modern environments.

Eg, I found two patches needed to run it:

rvm rubygems latest-1.8 --force
Add gem 'mime-types', '~>2.0'

Now it starts but chokes on authorization (#398)

Nevertheless, http://demo.radiantcms.org/admin/pages works.

Can anyone report which version of ruby and gems (Gemfile.lock) are used by this site?

Pinning gems version may help in installing Radiant.

Issue #930 seems to be fixed by adding gem 'rack-cache', '~>1.2.0' to Gemfile.

We need a complete list of version pinnings...
