Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Cluster operator should have a script that can gather useful information from a RMQ cluster and the operator to help the team trouble shoot users problems.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
Note that the script does not need to be comprehensive at first. This is something we can build on and improve on over time.
