I just installed the vagrant box as described in the readme, but unfortunately I could not get the index page at local.dev.

It just says the webpage is not available. Could you suggest on what may have gone wrong?

I am on Ubuntu 14.04.

How are you trying to reach the site? If it is through a name like local.dev, did you add that to the hosts file on your host machine (i.e. not the vagrant box, but your "actual" system)?

Strangely I also appear to be having this issue. I thought it was malformed json arrays at first, but that does not appear to be the case. @patilswapnilv did you solve this on your local machine?

@eelkeblok I have left local.dev in my new build, aswell as creating my own. Neither appear to get created when I ssh into the machine and look inside the /etc/apache2/sites-available directory. All I have there is a single .conf file for default-ssl

Note this was with a download of master today via the github UI

FYI for if someone comes across this again. I deleted it all and started again it works now. Not sure of the cause BUT I could replicate it by giving the same host to 2 sites in the data_bags folder. It errors silently, but this appears to cause it
