Hi,
since this project is now abadoned, Google has removed both CSipSimple and its codec pack from PlayStore. Are there any official or unofficial links for it?
I was only able to track CSipSimple without its codec pack (which included the needed Opus 16k)

I don't if this is what you are looking for, but someone gave me this in the Project abandoned question. It ran fine on Oreo but I didn't test all of it's functionality.
