I encountered an issue on a Honor 6x, running Android Nougat 7.0, when integration is set. This smartphone has two SIM cards, which I can normally use to make calls (one local SIM and one foreign SIM).
Here is a description of what happens:
1-- CSipSimple is activated
2-- I initiate a phone from the built-in phone application, I choose to use SIM2 to make this call by pressing the appropriate button.
3-- I get a question from CSipSimple asking if I want to use CSipSimple or the GSM, I answer "GSM"
4-- The call is established with SIM1, whereas I initiated it pressing the SIM2 button.

When answering "GSM" at step 3, the call should be established with the SIM card that was chosen at step 2. At least, the user could be asked which SIM card should be used.

This issue costed me ~6€ for a 10 minutes phone call yesterday...

Thanks for considering this problem, and thanks for your wonderful software !

I'm using Huawey GR3 phone with dual simcard and I also have this issue.

By default I'm using SIM1 for private calls and SIM2 for business calls and mobile broadband networks.

When I make a call I getting popup, where I can choose SIP account or "GSM".
In case of GSM, does not matter which simcard has been selected, call will be performed on the default sim card. (In my case it is SIM1.)

Now I switched off CSipSimple dialer integration. This is a temporary solution, so I hope this issue can be solved in a short time...
