well ive been checking MPM ...
and i have discover that 'auxiliary/gather/impersonate_ssl' metasploit module have changed something in sourcecode (the name of the file beeing build as changed) thats why my MPM cant find the proper file name (because impersonate_ssl module now builds 2 .pem files insted of just one)..
I have allready fixed the bug, thanks for your bug report, you can check the fix here HINT: you need to download the tool again (bugfix)
NOTE
we can still use MPM by sellecting 'manual certificate build' or 'input certificate path'
Bypass this bug (optional now)
1º sellect 'impersonate certificate'
(Then when the script reports that it can not find the .pem file)
2º run MPM again and sellect 'input certificate path'
(this will allow you to use the certificate build previouslly by the 'impersonate certificate' function)..
Im trying to use MPM and after i select impersonate i type the domain and MPM does download the pem file etc.. but just after that it says:
[x] Certificate: google.com.pem not found, aborting...
and it exits. any idea?
The .pem files are being save at /home/user/.msf4/ as supossed to <-- 👍
