Problem Description

The frame_width attribute of the Bloch class is used for drawing the equatorial plane, but not for drawing the wireframe (see the plot_back method of the Bloch class). This is not what I was expecting from reading the documentation.

Proposed Solution

A better behaviour would probably be either to use this attribute for both, or to have two separate attributes.

For now, I added it to the bloch sphere task list. (#1913)
