Allow storing/fetching CrowdTangle token from environment variable #2

It can be done so that if a token is provided in the yaml it will be used if there is no enviroment variable maybe?

It's a lot more secure, and reduces the risk of accidentally sharing the token around.

Oh, you mean storing the token as an environment variable? Yeah, that sounds good.
