Hi,
If I understand correctly I can use hts-nim-sugar to convert your output-file into a vcf?
Can you give an example of how you would run that tool?

Hi @DamarisLa, this isn't implemented yet. The idea is that we could adapt hts-nim-sugar to do this, but not sure how yet. So this is still an open issue.
