A quick R tutorial for Pardee Center


Usage:
The homepage:
R on Jupyter Notebook:
Rstudio: Enter the homepage listed above, click the "New" tab on the upper-right corner and choose Rstudio session.


Notes:
-1. Both RStudio and IRKernel are installed by default, so you can use either the Jupyter notebook interface or the RStudio interface
-2. Check install.R for pre-intalled packages
-3. R and its packages are installed from a specific snapshot on date 2019-02-09 from MRAN
