Positioning custom float environements (especially figures)

Description

It's possible to position figures in quarto using the fig-pos="..." attribute. For latex, this gets converted into the [...] position specifier following the environment declaration. Quarto 1.4 introduced the ability to specify custom figure environments, such as for supplementary figures. However, it does not appear currently possible to apply positioning: fig-pos has no affect for these environments. For me, the absence of this feature makes it very difficult to format my supplementary files.
