table of summary data on results page

Add a table of summary data to the results page, with ability for user to download the table. This feature is needed for users who need to cite the statistics related to our data in a publication or presentation.

Table will consist of percentiles of the population vs. dose. Percentiles to include are listed below. Katherine will write python code to calculate the below percentiles.
