Add tasks:

build: run cargo build --release with sources/artifacts defined
bundle-dist: depends upon build and render-manpages (see Add manpages #41), generates a dist/ dir
install: depends on bundle-dist. takes arguments --dir (output directory) and --no-build (passes --no-run into bundle-dist, see Add --no-run args to depends which checks artifacts but does not run the task #39), copies files into the system

Primary motivation is for adding a better installation path for users to include in the installation section in the docs.
