** Please describe the project/idea you have for the community **
I would love a way for my editor (vs code) or a command line tool that would regularize whitespace and formatting of my *.qs files. Something like Black for Python.

** Is this a project you want to start/work on a collaboration **
I want to help on this, happy to get structure/idea going!

I saw that as a part of MSFT's internal hackathon this year there is a group of folks working on this! Check out their work here: https://github.com/microsoft/qsharp-compiler/tree/feature/qslint-hackathon
