Make the installer compatible with older Java version

I think that we should do this so the user can be alerted directly if they are using an improper Java version. The default error that appears is not user friendly and does not explain the issue well. I believe if we make the launcher start in any Java version but report directly to the user that they don't have the correct Java version it will improve the user experience.
