CSS JS not able to load. Even changed htaccess file

I tried to change the root path by changing server.php to index.php and changing htaccess files. Still CSS and JS are giving 404.

Are your assets in the root directory? Try checking where else you are calling the css and js from and fix the path from there (compare where your 404 error is reading from and where your assets are actually located)
