What should we add?

Once we have a BosonicOperator (see #958), we can implement the BoseHubbardModel analogously to the FermiHubbardModel.

I'm interested in working on this issue and have started on it! One question - would the chemical potential parameter be a complex number? I don't fully understand why the hopping and onsite interaction parameters are complex, so I am unsure whether this also applies to the chemical potential.
