Problem with v110

Hello, my name is Lena. I am trying to install QHull to Visual studio 2019. But it says that retarget solution with v110 does not work.We read about the solutions and the internet said that we need to find configuration properties and there general and etc. Bur I don't have a choice of general and others. What can I do?

Hi Lena, Qhull ships with Visual Studio sln/vcxproj files configured for older versions of Visual Studio. You can upgrade these files to your version of Visual Studio. If Qhull shipped recent versions of these files, then users on older versions would not be able to use the sln/vcxproj files. See the instructions in README.txt If error -- MSB8020: The build tools for Visual Studio 2012 (Platform Toolset = 'v110') cannot be found. http://www.qhull.org/README.txt You may need to upgrade both the 32-bit and the 64-bit toolsets (i.e., upgrade qhull-32.sln and qhull-64.sln). Visual Studio apparently uses information from both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, even though you want only one of them. Sometimes it takes multiple restarts to get the files fully upgraded. Keep track of the steps that you follow and let me know what works for you. I'll add it to the README to help others. The underlying problem is that Visual Studio creates sln/vcxproj files that are specific to the computer's configuration. It was not straight-forward to convert these files for distribution with Qhull. Please let me know if there is a better solution. http://www.qhull.org/eg/make-vcproj.sh
