New information for QCubed-4 version users: The FileHandler plugin has been created

Hey guys! I've been developing the Filemanager plugin https://github.com/kukrik/qcubed-filemanager for the past couple of months alongside my main job, which we've been missing for years. This plugin is specifically created for the QCubed-4 version.

I offer it to you for free use and testing. I sincerely hope that this plugin brings you a lot of joy in exploration!
