My team and I are working for Dr. Amir Shmuel at the McConnell Brain Imaging Centre of the Montreal Neurological Institute.
We are using the mono_t2 function to perform exponential fitting for T2 and T2* data acquired using a 7T scanner. Our results are lacking contrast between different regions of the brain. We suspect it may be that the function is not optimized for 7T field strength but have been unable to determine this information.
Is there a field in the mono_t2 function that can be used to modify the field strength of the MRI scanner used for data acquisition? We see that there is a FieldStrength parameter referenced under section 2b of the documentation, but there does not seem to be a field that can be modified when running the function.
Thank you for your help

Can you please share your protocol details with us, and if possible, an example dataset? It would be useful to know how many echoes do you collect, what is your echo spacing, TR etc. to figure out possible issues.
The mention of FieldStrength under section 2b is exemplary, the available fields change from model to model, I'll add that node to the documentation to avoid confusion.
