[Feature Request] Refactor _iter_helper to use metatensors instead of real tensors

Motivation

The current implementation of _iter_helper gathers all the values to assess they type and act accordingly given the recursivity requirements.
This is suboptimal as for lazy tensordict classes it involves executing the transformation to get the type of the key.
We should use meta-tensors instead.
