Tickets Transfer process

Create a spreadsheet to track transfer requests
Requestor email, Receiver email, Payment Done - these should be the fields
Collect Receiver details
Once payment is confirmed by requestor we can transfer the ticket to the Receiver using Transfer button in Konfhub
