Title: Sponsor Announcement and Flyer Creation

Description: Prepare and announce sponsors for the event. Design an appealing flyer to promote the event effectively.

Sub-tasks:

Gather sponsor information.
Create sponsor announcement content.
Design an attractive event flyer.

Notes: Keep branding consistent and seek feedback during the design process. Coordinate with the SM team for flyer distribution.
