What is PyCon Ghana?

PyCon Ghana is the annual gathering for the community using and developing the open-source Python programming language and other related technologies.

What happens during the conference?

PyConGhana22 consists of different events rolled into one mega event for 3 days of learning and fun:

  • The 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳/𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 day held on Thursday, 13 October
  • 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 days on the 14th - 15th.

PreConf/Workshop day is an open-day event that doesn’t require a conference ticket. Yes, it’s totally free for anyone interested in any of the listed events happening. It consists of special track events and tutorials.

During the Main Conference days, attendees will be able to connect with other developers, discuss their experiences, present their ideas, and attend the keynotes, talks, and panels.

Who is the conference for?

The conference is for enthusiasts to experts alike. Everyone is welcome to attend. We seek to bring together professionals, industry experts, students and enthusiasts, core developers, and operations folks to learn about new trends and best practices.

The event is going to be held in the beautiful city of Accra, Ghana.
