Description

This is intended to be a ticket to consolidate the coordination of what should be included in a v10.0.0 release.

  • Change default of allow_zero_version to false
  • Change default commit parser to ScopeAwareConventionalCommits
  • Change name of legacy Angular parser to ConventionalCommits
  • Change default changelog template to commit parser aligned changelog, old default marked as legacy
  • Relocate ParsedCommit object to new file (imported by Custom Parsers)
  • Add get_default_options() as abstract method on CommitParser (requires Custom Parsers updates)
  • Convert Docker GitHub Action to a composite action
