The Docs are outdated according to the current directory structure

Describe the bug
The docs at https://www.pystol.org/docs/ are outdated according to the current directory structure. For example, the docs at Pystol installation mentions the config map, CRDs, etc in the templates directory however it should be inside templates/latest. The naming convention has also changed from name.yaml to pystol.name.yaml however it's not reflected in the docs.

Expected behavior
The Docs should be updated to the latest folder structure and changes if any in the internal structure or implementation
