  • PyLadies badge ribbons for PyCon? ~$150-200 for 500 - @econchick

  • FYI: confirmed we have a booth @ PyCon
  • Heroku expenses (<$15 / month) - @econchick
    • some already use Netlify for static
    • Netlify and Fastly want to support FOSS - maybe free dynamic hosting?
  • Organizer burnout - @econchick
    • meeting at PyCon about organizer burnout?
    • let's talk about offboarding as an organizer, volunteer at the global level
    • no one should be a single point of failure
    • let's have a BoF session for PyLadies organizers (and general PyLadies?)
    • 💡 collect feedback from organizers?
      • what are they frustrated about
      • what do they want from us
      • what are we able to do for them
  • Ask: schedule tweets & linkedin posts re: PyLadiesCon videos from now to PyCon US - @econchick
    • revisit paying for Buffer or a Buffer-like service
    • free version of Buffer limits amount of services and how far in advanced we can
      • free is up to 3 channels, at least a week in advanced
    • also: post about pyladies award recipients (blog post + tweets) right after we hand them the awards at PyCon
  • Ask: review new static site (port to Hugo) PR - @econchick
    • Related: higher protections for merging? more than one review?
  • PyLadies sprint @ PyCon?
