To manage network elements based on OpenWRT it would be great to be able to utilize OpenWRT native package manager 'opkg' in manner like others package managers (i.e. dnf, apt, zypper - that I use as a part of OpenSuSE, the best distribution ever :) ) ... etc).
I know it is possible to use "raw" ssh , but in such case are the operations performed always - even if required packages are already installed, wich can consume a lot of time and does not provide info about real changes on the target system.
