Known issues for read_comsol

From our experience, Comsol's file formats are defined in a way, which sometimes makes it difficult define rules on how to import and process the data. Here, we collect some known issues, which lead to errors when using the functions io.read_comsol and io.read_comsol_header.

• Expressions may not contain whitespaces
• Units need to be given
• Expressions may not contain commas

Are parametric or auxiliary sweeps supported?

Parametric sweeps are supported.

• Files created from auxiliary sweeps cannot be imported. (If possible, try using parametric sweeps instead.)

• Studies using material switches or sweeps are not yet supported.
