The current concept dicts in sr\ seems to be out of date. I tried to run the generated_concept_dict.py to update them. I had to add
"http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icd-10": "I10" to the FHIR_SYSTEM_TO_DICOM_SCHEME_DESIGNATOR for the script to work.

  • Is this the intended way to update the dicts?
  • It might be that entries in the previous dicts are no longer present in the update. How should this be handled?
  • How should this be tested? The tests in test_codes.py is, not surprisingly, not covering all codes.
