The current concept dicts in sr\ seems to be out of date. I tried to run the generated_concept_dict.py to update them. I had to add "http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icd-10": "I10" to the FHIR_SYSTEM_TO_DICOM_SCHEME_DESIGNATOR for the script to work.
Is this the intended way to update the dicts?
It might be that entries in the previous dicts are no longer present in the update. How should this be handled?
How should this be tested? The tests in test_codes.py is, not surprisingly, not covering all codes.
