Timeout connecting to Jira cloud when using with Lambda

Hi
I have written some code to do some automation on Jira
I am using this line of code to connect to Jira:
self.jira = JIRA(server=my_jira_url, basic_auth=(jira_user, API_TOKEN))
The code works perfectly when running locally
There is a timeout when running through the lambda.

Any suggestion ?

Found it. the issue was on the lambda side, the subnet did not allow connection to the Internet, only on our private network...
