Python 3.8 support was dropped through #3961 and #3932 removed a few dependencies, and resolving #3959 will potentially update the versions for a few other dependencies. We need to adjust the conda-forge recipe in anticipation of these changes before the pre-release.

Never mind, I was under the impression that the feedstock was outdated. We can remove pybamm_install_odes and bump the Python versions by pushing changes to the automated PR that will come to the feedstock after the v24.5 stable release on PyPI. We can reopen if there are problems later.
