Describe the bug
Pufferpanel won't send email when email server requires SSL/TLS

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Settings'
Add your email provider(with ssl/tls requirement)
Try to add user/trigger any action that should send email
Don't recieve email(ig?)

Expected behavior
User should receive email or when something bad happens Pufferfish should log this error into logs.

Screenshots
Based on my logs and troubleshooting on discord Pufferpanel is trying to send email. I can see Pufferpanel sending emails:

OS: Windows 10 21H2
Browser: Brave
Version: 1.51.114 Chromium: 113.0.5672.92 (Official Build) (64-bit)

@smaartscz do you also get Error sending email: EOF after some time?
