[Feature] Schedules & Backups

My request is suggesting a schedule system like Pterodactyl, where you can use it to auto restart your server, run a command, stop it etc.

It would also be great if a backup system was added, where you could manually create a backup that you can download later and/or you can use a schedule to automatically create one.
