Drop itunes fields from resources #1074

iTunes functionality has been removed in 2010. Chances of it returning are extremely low. Let's remove the itunes fields from the resources table.

@mvz I would like to work on this, we have to remove all itunes fields, right? There are total 8 fields in resources table related to itunes
