As a part of spam management Dashboard, DIgest for moderators and admins is to be made.
I have planned to first begin it with all unmoderated posts with status == 4, with the option to mark spam and approve a node through digest. Jobs and Mailers are done. Please review PR
I have made a UI for the digest. Please refer following screenshots.

This is just a basic one. Please suggest relevant changes and addition to this. To test this digest, there is a button in /spam which creates an unmoderated digest for the past 1 day.
